Orders of in-stock items are filled within 48 hours and shipped via the method of your choice. Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they arrive in stock.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You must contact us at orders@the008store.com before attempting a return or exchange. After we speak with you, we will provide you with return and shipping instructions.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of your delivery. All products must be in original packaging, not used and in salable condition. Your original packing slip needs to be included with your return.
If your items arrive damaged, you must contact us immediately to replace the damaged items or to receive a refund.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
